Shipping /Refund Policy

SHIPPING:

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. 

We are NOT responsible for returned, damaged, lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Once packages have been shipped and picked up by the carrier, they are out of our hands. 

We are a small business and many of our items are in limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens we will notify you via email and refund your order. 

RETURNS:

In Store Return Policy:

We accept returns for full-price items in-store within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Merchandise, including beauty products, must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must not be worn, opened, used, altered, or washed.
  • All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Online Return Policy:

We accept returns for full-price items by mail. Online returns must be shipped back within 14 days of the date received, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all online returns. To qualify for a refund to the original form of payment, the following requirements must be met:

  • Merchandise, including beauty products, must be shipped back within 14 days of the date received.
  • Items must not be worn, opened, used, altered, or washed.
  • All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Sale Items:

All SALE items are FINAL SALE  and therefore not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. This includes all items marked as SALE.

Instructions For Returns:

1.Email us at contact@shopperidotboutique.com for return authorization and pre-paid label.

2.Pack up your items. Remember to include packing slip.

3.Drop your package off at carrier listed on the return label.
