Shipping Policy:

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. 

We are NOT responsible for returned, damaged, lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Once packages have been shipped and picked up by the carrier, they are out of our hands. 

We are a small business and many of our items are in limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens we will notify you via email and refund your order. 

Refund Policy:

We accept returns for FULL PRICE items via mail or in store. Returns are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment made within 14 days of purchase and meet the following requirements below. A RESTOCKING FEE of $9.50 will be applied to all online returns.

• Merchandise, including beauty must be returned within 14 days.
• Merchandise must not be worn, opened, used, altered or washed
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and returned in its original packaging.

Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE  and therefore not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. This includes all markdown items and items purchased during a sale event or using a promo code. The WELCOME Promo code does not apply.

Instructions For Returns:

1.Email us at contact@shopperidotboutique.com for return authorization and pre-paid label.

2.Pack up your items. Remember to include packing slip.

3.Drop your package off at carrier listed on the return label.
